Product Types & Forms
- Natural Unsulphured Dried Apricots — Dark, naturally dried fruit without added sulphur dioxide; subject to lot-specific treatment disclosures.
- Sulphured Dried Apricots — Bright orange dried apricots treated with sulphur dioxide; sulphite declaration is essential.
- Whole Pitted Apricots — Whole dried fruit with the stone removed.
- Diced / Cut Apricots — Processed apricot pieces for bakeries and confectionery.
- Organic Dried Apricots — Only when valid organic certification is available.
Specifications & Quality
- Size grades are often determined by number of fruits per kilogram; grades 1 through 7 and smaller fruit are available in some export catalogues.
- Moisture, colour, residue limits, sulphur dioxide level and certificates are confirmed per shipment.
Packaging & Shipment
- Bulk cartons: 5 kg and 12.5 kg are common export formats.
- Retail packs: 200 g, 250 g, 350 g, 500 g and 1 kg, subject to supplier.
- Inner liners, trays, private-label cartons and palletisation upon request.
